Remorse

Pacing around the busy roads of Orchard Road, he cannot resist to turn back to look one eye. The moment he turned around, he could see the beraggled woman closely following him. Unable to take it any more, he went into an alley and tears rolled down his eyes. It was something he knew he was unable to escape, as the immense pressure weighed down on him...
Sometime back ago, he was in a pub, drinking away all his worries as he remembered how the boss scolded him due to the lousy presentation that is not up to standard. A few days ago, he was still dreaming about a comfortable life. Now, he was very depressed, worrying about the presentation he made earlier and was blaming himself why he spent little time on that big project. Receiving the call of his boss, his heart was thumping madly. Will he succeed?
After a moment of thoughts whirling in his mind, he picked up his call. With an elated look on his face, he left the pub and headed for the new sports cars showroom. With five million wired into his bank, which car should he choose? After pondering for a while, he went for the newly launched model of Ferrari, the 575 M Superamerica and went speeding around the new built highway. Fully mastering his sports car, he went accelerating around the streets. However, due to his negligence, he went speeding into a couple. The man, protecting his girlfriend, pushed her aside and blood splashed on his car. Unable to part with his money for that man's death, he sped off. However, the woman took notice of his car plate and swore to take revenge. Deciding not calling the police, she followed the man wherever he went to fill him with guilt.
The man finally realised one thing: he have to pay, and must pay for the death he caused. After his realisation, he walked to the bank and withdrew falf of his wealth and presented it to the woman. Satisfied, she left him and that moment, he felt the relief and the release of his guilt. Money is not all that matters. It was an important lesson learnt by him.

favourite childhood story fairy tale

1)Orientation

The story is about a little girl named red riding hood who was supposed to visit her grandmother. It also involved a wolf, the evil one in all fairy tales which wanted delicious, raw and tender human flesh and bent on eating the young girl for lunch.

Little red riding hood was supposed to go to her grandmother's house because her grandmother notified that she was sick and her mother was busy and could not make it. So, after her mother packed her a basket of things to give her grandmother, little red riding hood left her house.

2) Development

Walking along the path, she strayed off, not listening to her mother's advice. Picking up some lovely flowers, she started to leave and was approached by a wolf. Determined not to talk to strangers, she quickly bid farewell and left the wolf.

3) Complication

However, the wolf already knew of her plans and took a shortcut to little red riding hood's grandmother house. After locking her grandmother up and disguised itself, the wolf waited for little red riding hood's arrival.

4) Resolution

When little red riding hood reached her grandmother's house, she was surprised to see the door open. not wanting to wake her grandmother up, she did not switch on the lights and instead tiptoed to her bed. Looking at her grandmother, she was appalled to see two big ears. The wolf quickly replied that it was for hearing her better. She again questioned why her "grandmother" had such big eyes. The wolf replied that it was for looking at her better. When again asked why it got such big mouth, it could not stand it as it was already very hungry. Leaping up, it attacked red riding hood but was shocked off by the hunter and rescued her grandmother.

5) Coda

I learnt that we should take heed of our parents' advice and not take their advice for granted as we might endanger our own lives. We should also not trust strangers as we might be harmed.
